Cat6A loaded panels are pre-terminated panels whose ports, certified to 500 MHz, carry 10GBASE-T across a 100 metre channel. Alien crosstalk between ports is critical at this class, so panel geometry and internal separation matter as much as the class rating itself. On screened versions the panel body carries screen continuity to the rack earth bar; without that bond, 10 Gbps channel certification cannot be achieved.
