Shielded RJ45 plugs conform to IEC 60603-7-5; contact plating is specified as 50 µin gold over 100 µin nickel. LS0H outer jacket provides halogen-free flame-retardant protection and the assembly meets IEC 60332-1 flame test criteria. Typical mechanical data include approx. 6.2 mm nominal cable diameter, 25 mm minimum bend radius, -20 to +60 °C operating range and durability rated to 750 mating cycles.
